- Sunset Shores is not a real resort. This site shows how a resort's site works. Nothing on it can actually be booked.
- Nothing you choose here holds anything. A room, a table or a ticket added to your trip is not reserved and nothing is charged.
- Your trip stays on this device. It is kept in this browser's own storage and is not sent to us.
- Nothing follows you around. There is no analytics and no advertising tracking on any page.
- An address on the mailing list gets the monthly note. Nothing else is sent to it.
The policy
1. What Sunset Shores is
Sunset Shores is a fictional property. Its rooms, restaurants, rates and dates show how a resort's site would work, and none of them can be booked.
2. Reservation requests
Choosing a room, a table, a cabana or a ticket adds it to your trip on this site. It does not reserve it, nothing is charged, and no desk is told about it.
3. Your trip, and where it is kept
Your trip is kept in this browser's own storage on this device. It is not sent anywhere. Another browser or another device does not see it, and clearing this site's data in your browser removes it.
4. What is not collected
There is no analytics and no advertising tracking, and this site sets no cookies. Its fonts and photographs come from this site itself rather than from another company.
5. The mailing list
An address given to join the list is used to send the monthly note and for nothing else. It is not shared and it is not sold, and every note has a way to leave the list.
6. Notes sent from the contact page
A name and an email address given with a note are used to reply to that note and for nothing else.
